How does our service work?

  • Complete the appointments form above and one of our friendly team will be in touch to arrange an appointment that suits you or your family.
  • Once an appointment has been confirmed, one of our local opticians will visit you at your home and guide you through the eye test process, talk you through the results and discuss your options.
  • Your personalised lenses, frames or glasses will be made to your requirements and will be sent directly to you or your family by post. We can also provide fitting appointments if needed.

What about Aftercare?

  • Our new glasses come with free aftercare for one year, including an in-warranty repair service.
  • Extra protection is also available with a CarePlus membership for just £30. This covers the cost of any repairs for accidental damage or breakages for 12 months.
  • You can request a CarePlus application form during your eye test appointment with the optician.

What will it cost?

  • Most people over 60 in the UK qualify for an NHS-funded eye test. And if you or a family member has difficulty leaving your home or attending a local high street opticians, you may qualify for an eye test at home at no extra cost. We will check this for you as part of our appointment booking process.
  • If you don’t qualify, standard home eye tests are under £60.

What about lenses and frames?

  • Whatever your budget, face shape or style, we have glasses to suit everybody.
  • We have a wide selection of lenses and frames. Our local optician will bring a selection to your appointment so you can try and find out what works best for you.
  • We can supply and manufacture all lens types you might require including standard single-vision lenses to ultra-thin varifocals. We can also offer tinted, photochromic, and ultra-violet-absorbing lenses.
  • Prices start at £50 for single vision and £110 for varifocals.
  • We also supply a selection of useful eye care accessories, glasses cases, chains, magnifiers, lamps, eye drops and cleaning solutions.
